Site content, including text and design, remains the property of Marzento.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any images and captions you submit, and for the accuracy of any information provided through our contact form.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our review services reflect editorial judgment and opinion; they do not guarantee publication, acceptance by any outlet, or any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Marzento's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant review.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services falls under the jurisdiction of the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of Surabaya.
